From
Taconic South :

Taconic Pkwy North to Rt. 55 West to
Poughkeepsie (approx. 5-7 miles), Rt. 55 will divide into 4
lanes. Watch for light just before overpass (Burnett Blvd)
with sign saying 44 EAST ,
make right
onto Burnett Blvd., at next light make left onto Rt. 44 WEST
(Arlington Fire House on right), stay in right lane, make
right onto Olympic Way (between STS Tire and OTB). The gym is located behind STS
Tire.





From Rt. 9W:


Mid-Hudson Bridge to Rt. 44/55 EAST,
follow Rt. 44/55 until it forks, bear left onto Rt. 44, make
"U" turn in front of Burger King, stay in right
lane. Make right onto Olympic Way (between STS Tire and OTB). The gym is located behind STS Tire.





From Rt. 9:


Take Rt. 9 North or South towards
Mid-Hudson Bridge to Rt. 44/55 EAST, follow Rt. 44/55 until it
forks, bear left onto Rt. 44, make "U" turn in front
of Burger King, stay in right lane. Make right onto Olympic
Way (between STS Tire and OTB). The gym is
located behind STS Tire






From NYS Thruway:


NYS Thruway to Exit 18 (New Paltz),
at traffic light bear right onto 299. Take 299 to the end and
bear right onto Rt. 9W south, follow 9W south to the
Mid-Hudson Bridge to Rt. 44/55 EAST, follow Rt. 44/55 until it
forks, bear right onto Rt. 44, make "U" turn in
front of Burger King, stay in right lane. Make right onto
Olympic Way (between STS Tire and OTB). The gym
is located behind STS Tire
